Erik Randles joined CloudHealth Technologies as Vice President of global Business Development. Erik has more than 15 years of leadership experience that has enabled extraordinary growth and successful exits at both private and public technology companies. Most recently, Erik led Business Development & Alliances at SimpliVity which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard Enterprise in 2017. At Violin Memory, Erik led global Business Development and was GM of the China region leading up to the Violin’s IPO in 2013. At BEA Systems, Erik led Business Development and partner sales efforts for all new technologies. During his tenure, BEA’s revenues grew an average of 70% per year and reached $1 billion dollars faster than any software company in history up to that time. Erik has also held senior management consulting positions at KPMG Consulting and Capgemini where he led teams advising Fortune 50 clients.
Erik earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he served as an Advisor, and his BA from Baylor University. He has served on the Board of Advisors for Composite Software, VentureChoice and Unitopia.
