Phil Pergola is the Senior Director of Customer Success at CloudHealth by VMware.
Phil is responsible for ensuring that customers and partners derive maximum benefit from the CloudHealth platform. He brings over 22 years of software and IT service management experience to his current role.
Throughout his career Phil has helped customers achieve positive business outcomes through technology adoption. He was most recently Vice President of Global Services at EnerNOC, where he oversaw adoption of the EnerNOC software platform and delivery of all professional services. Prior to that, Phil spent six years as a services and support executive at BMC Software. He also worked at BladeLogic for six years, where he held multiple leadership positions across services, support, sales, and product management. Phil worked at Accenture and held leadership roles at several smaller SaaS and web-hosting companies.
