We’re looking forward to the upcoming CloudLIVE conference which will bring together attendees from various cloud-enabled industries at the new Encore Hotel and Casino in Boston from September 25-26, 2019. CloudLIVE promises to deliver an action-packed week for those scaling and transforming their multicloud infrastructures.

CloudHealth by VMware continues to evolve and enhance this unique industry cloud event.  This year we’re pleased to introduce a new track of sessions and content solely dedicated for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) community. They’ve been with us on this journey from day one and we’re pleased to offer a full agenda of valuable information to help accelerate their business into next year and beyond.

This year we’re pleased to announce the CloudLIVE MSP Track Keynote will be delivered by Forrester Principal Analyst and global channel expert, Jay McBain. Jay is a thought-leader in the technology alliances and channels industry and has a passion for managed service providers. In his talk, he’ll provide perspective on business and technology trends that are driving expansion within MSPs, while also sharing some unique research on cloud MSPs.

Another track highlight includes a session with Gainsight CEO, Nick Mehta, who will speak about driving customer adoption and retention, gaining better insight into customer risks, and finding growth opportunities through predictive health scoring.

The MSP track itself will offer a deep dive into best practices across business and technical aspects of cloud managed services. There will be more than a dozen sessions covering topics such as:

  • Key enhancements to the partner platform and roadmap
  • Building/enhancing cloud managed service offerings
  • Effective customer management
  • Deep dive on partner platform technical best practices
  • Passing and aligning to industry audits and frameworks (AWS, Azure)
  • Maximizing profits with RI management
  • Assessing environment health and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Building an Azure practice

We’re also excited to hear from experts from some of our global partners, including Groupware Technology, Softcat, and FutureProof, who will be sharing some of their own learnings. In addition to the MSP track, attendees can join sessions in other conference tracks covering themes such as cost & resource optimization, security & governance, and multicloud management. If you haven’t registered for CloudLIVE, early bird pricing is still available.
