Tonight, the Boston Business Journal is recognizing the honorees of its 13th annual Best Places to Work competition and I am proud to say CloudHealth Technologies is one of them.

Hundreds of companies and thousands of employees across the greater Boston area participated in the competition, which involved polling employees of nominated companies on areas such as employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. At CloudHealth Technologies, we prioritize on ensuring the entire team feels valued and motivated on a daily basis, while creating a culture that fosters innovation – and attracts the best and brightest.

Our environment encourages interdepartmental collaboration and learning new skills that enhance day-to-day responsibilities. Also, our open-door policy and transparency in sharing information means each employee has a clear understanding of their contribution and impact on corporate goals.

As one of the fastest growing startups in the Boston area, I am excited that CloudHealth Technologies is joining the ranks of other notable companies in the region.

We are a company where employees are able to challenge themselves and achieve success, while doing something meaningful and having fun at the same time.

But most importantly, I view each employee as a member of an extended family that is CloudHealth Technologies– full of camaraderie, a competitive spirit and passion to see the company (and each other) succeed. This is why this award is so important to me…and I look forward to honoring them this evening.
