Solutions Architect
CloudHealth is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for providing both pre and post-sales support for our customers. The candidate for this position should possess a strong technical background, with experience in selling and/or supporting cloud computing products / services.
Role:
- Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
- Conduct and facilitate trials of our CloudHealth product, including defining and managing success criteria
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at external events (e.g. conferences, seminars)
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management
- Able to travel throughout sales territory
- Responsible for on-boarding new customers, including initial training
- Communicate customer feedback to Engineering and Product Management
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales
- Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services or equivalent
- Understanding of systems management products used to manage cloud infrastructure, such as Nagios, Chef, Puppet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures
- Previous experience in a pre or post sales engineering or technical support positions.
Software Engineer, Distributed System
CloudHealth is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for designing and developing highly concurrent software supporting a complex and highly distributed cloud-based application. The candidate for this position will come with a deep knowledge of concurrent design, multi-threaded programming, and Amazon Web Services (or equivalent).
Role:
- Design, develop and ship software supporting a highly available, fault tolerant SaaS application
- Produce high quality software designs to support long term maintainability and extensibility of code
- Deliver to Agile development process
- Produce high quality and well-documented code
- Contribute to relevant open source projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial software development experience, with proven experience building highly scalable software
- 2+ years production work with cloud services
- Proven experience in concurrent and multi-threaded programming
- Distributed source control experience with Git
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

Lead Web Developer
CloudHealth is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for designing and developing a highly distributed Ruby on Rails web application for a new product. The candidate for this position will come with a deep knowledge of Ruby, Rails, and Amazon Web Services (or equivalent).
Role:
- Design, develop and ship complex and highly scalable web tier
- Define and drive the foundational front-end infrastructure for new SaaS application
- Define and drive innovation in data visualization for complex models
- Design highly intuitive user experience for complex tasks
- Produce high quality software designs to support long term maintainability and extensibility of code
- Deliver to Agile development process

Qualifications

Lead DevOps Engineer
CloudHealth is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for automating and managing highly distributed cloud infrastructure. The candidate for this position will come with a deep knowledge of Chef, Ruby, Linux, and Amazon Web Services (or equivalent).
Role:
- Design, develop and ship highly scalable and fault tolerant cloud infrastructure
- Define and drive the foundational DevOps infrastructure for new SaaS application
- Fully automate all infrastructure using Chef
- Implement, maintain and manage supporting IT monitoring and management systems
- Produce high quality software designs to support long term maintainability and extensibility of code
- Deliver to Agile development process
- Produce high quality and well-documented code
- Contribute to relevant open source projects
- Support non-web development, including work on backend SaaS platform
Qualifications
- 4+ years commercial experience managing Linux-based infrastructure
- 2+ years automating with Chef
- 2+ years production work with cloud services
- A desire to do DevOps right, with no legacy baggage to carry forward
- A commitment to infrastructure as code
